RetailMax reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted, and your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
